Welcome to Gadz Coffee Shop, a quaint little haven tucked away at 44 Clifton Terrace in the vibrant Finsbury Park area of London. This café embodies the beauty of Mediterranean street food, with a special emphasis on Lebanese cuisine that transports your taste buds straight to the heart of the Middle East. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Gadz promises to be a delightful stop on your culinary journey.

At Gadz, each dish is not just food; it’s an experience crafted with passion. Start with their renowned falafel, which has been hailed as the best in London. Crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside, these golden nuggets pair exquisitely with a variety of fresh salads and homemade dips that sing with the taste of seasonal ingredients. And don’t skip the Arabic coffee — it's a must-try. The rich, aromatic brew offers a perfect pick-me-up, especially after a long day exploring the bustling streets of North London.

Richmond Lum’s visit encapsulates the warm atmosphere that Gadz fosters. He recalls a late-night experience where the owner, passionate and generous, stayed open just for him, serving delicious kebabs and an outstanding soup that left a lasting impression. Such gestures echo throughout the café; this is not just a place to grab a bite—it's a space filled with hospitality and heart.

The cozy décor, peppered with affectionate nods to local culture (including charming illustrations of Jeremy Corbyn), adds an inviting touch, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a brief escape from the frenetic pace of city life. Fiona Yong notes the “lovely and friendly owner” who cultivates a homely decor—a perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with friends or simply revel in a moment of solitude with a book.

Ariel S. and Irene Knowles echo this sentiment, emphasizing Gadz’s incredible vegetarian and vegan offerings, which allow for a full-flavored experience. The generous portions underline the value Gadz places on its customers, ensuring that each dish is not only filling but also a celebration of flavors.

Even happy accidents can happen at Gadz! Nani 13 shared her delightful experience of mistakenly receiving a falafel box instead of the chicken shawarma she ordered. However, that little mix-up turned into a happy memory, with the falafel winning her over with its freshness and flavor. It's moments like these that highlight the café's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

So why not make Gadz Coffee Shop your next destination? With an inviting atmosphere, delicious offerings, and outstanding service, you’re sure to leave with a full heart—and a full belly. Look no further than Gadz for a true taste of culinary joy in the heart of London.

Great little establishment just outside the tube station. We got there as it was shutting but the owner decided to keep it up, served us a few delicious kebabs and a soup that was outstanding. Would go again!

Lovely and friendly owner! The falafel was nothing short of amazing! The homely decor makes it an overall wonderful small cosy place to have a short and relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of busy north London :)

A favourite local spot. Their falafel is the best I've tried in London. Very decently priced, very nice people. Arabic coffee also a must. One of the places where being vegetarian doesn't mean limiting flavours. Drop by.

Love this cafe. Tasty, homely Mediterranean street food (with a special emphasis on Lebanese cuisine) which never fails to amaze me for its fresh ingredients. The salads and falafels are incredibly flavoursome and the portions really generous. The simple, unaffected hospitality of the owner gives it that great local touch, and if you sit in you're sure to find someone for an interesting and meaningful exchange. Tories better stay away though - the place is a Corbyn shrine and even boasts his eponymous dish, as it is a personal favourite of the longstanding Islington MP. One may or may not agree with his politics, but the man certainly knows one thing or two about food as the 'Corbyn' platter is indeed delicious!

Decent veggie/vegan menu. Warm friendly service and beautiful presentation. The food looks too good to eat. Notably more enjoyable to eat somewhere with hearts and pictures of Jeremy Corbyn everywhere

It’s never a habit of mine to review restaurants on google but Gadz cafe deserves this. I ordered a chicken shawarma box and received a falafel box instead but my goodness it was the best falafel that I tasted! The meal was fresh and healthy, great value for money too! What a lovely mistake that was! I will definitely order again. Thank you, Gadz cafe! Keep it up!
